Our long-term vision for Nolaka is a local terminal and database for your personal AI agent, privately controlled by you. A home for your memories, files and personal context.
Nolaka begins by helping you find answers in your own files. The goal is a personal agent whose memory stays with you, on hardware and in a database you control.

Availability, privacy and how it works.
When will Nolaka be available?
Nolaka is in development. The app and hosted service support keyword search and answers linked to your files. Availability for the software and Station will be announced here.
What do the product images show?
They show Station’s intended design. Product and lifestyle images are concepts created with CAD and AI; the technical drawings come from our CAD model.
Is it end-to-end encrypted?
No. Your volume is encrypted at rest and isolated per account, but we hold the keys — so we can technically read it.
Is my data used to train models?
Nolaka does not use your data to train models. Its providers state the same in their terms. This protection relies on those terms.
Can I get everything out, and what happens if I leave?
You can export a complete copy of your archive. Importing into Station is planned. Deleting an account cuts access immediately and marks its instance for destruction. A deletion deadline has not yet been established.
Will I need a Station to use Nolaka?
No. The hosted tier is designed to work from your phone, without a Station, when it becomes publicly available. Station is planned for keeping originals on your own hardware.
How good is the search today?
Current search matches words in your files, notes and messages, in English and Chinese. Search by meaning, relationships or the contents of a photo is planned and not yet available.
