These Terms of Use cover nolaka.com, including its product information, interactive examples and design Studio (the “website”). The website is operated by XELEMENTS SDN. BHD. (registration number 202601030746 (1692841-T)), at 18-25-A2, Gurney Tower, Persiaran Gurney, 10250 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia (“Nolaka”, “we” or “us”).

These terms concern the website. They do not set the terms for the Nolaka App, cloud services, or the purchase or use of Station hardware. Any terms that apply to those products or services will be provided separately before they are offered to you.
2. Product information and examples
The website introduces Nolaka and products in development. Descriptions of planned features explain our direction; they do not confirm that those features are available today. Product designs, specifications and availability may change as development continues. Any confirmed offer for a product or service will state its applicable details separately.
The website’s example questions, answers, files, people and knowledge network illustrate how the product works. Viewing or interacting with those examples does not connect the website to your personal archive, create a Nolaka account, or grant access to the App or a Station.
3. “Notify me”
The “Notify me” form asks for your name and email address so that we can record your interest and contact you about Nolaka’s availability. Signing up is optional; you can browse the website without doing so.
A signup is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase, preorder, product reservation or paid subscription, and it does not create a contract to supply a product. The website takes no payment through this form. Joining the list does not guarantee access, priority, a release date or a particular price.
Please use your own email address, or one you are authorised to provide. Do not sign up someone else without their permission. For how we handle signup details, and how to correct or remove them or stop updates, see the Privacy Policy.
4. Design Studio
Where available, the design Studio lets you preview text colours and logo choices. Changes affect your preview; they do not publish changes to the public website.
Drafts are saved in the browser you use. They do not automatically transfer between browsers or devices, and clearing browser storage may remove them. Use the export option if you want to keep a separate copy. A draft sharing link lets anyone who has that link view the choices it contains; share it only with people you intend to receive it.
5. Responsible use
You may browse and use the website for its intended purposes. Please do not:
- submit false contact details or impersonate another person;
- use the website to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
- try to access private systems, signup records or information that is not made available to you;
- bypass security controls, submit malicious code or send requests that disrupt the website or other visitors’ access.
We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and restrict abusive access. If you identify a security issue, please report it to the contact address above.
6. Website materials
Website text, images, designs, logos and code are made available by Nolaka or their respective rights holders. Using the website does not transfer ownership of those materials to you or authorise you to present them as your own product or brand.
You may link to the website. Where we provide a download, you may use it for the purpose stated with that download. Any separate licence that accompanies material or open-source code continues to apply. Nothing in these terms restricts uses that the law permits without permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Links and availability
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, services and policies; please review those policies before supplying information to them.
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or affected by technical problems, and we may update or remove content and preview tools. If you find an error, please let us know using the contact details above.
8. Your rights and changes to these terms
These terms do not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable law, or exclude any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms as the website changes. The effective date and last updated date will appear at the top of this page. Changes apply from their stated effective date, not retrospectively. Where the law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
